Meet the new Kenya country manager

traceyHead of Cricket Development at Essex Country Cricket Club Cricket Development heads up CWB Kenya Country Manager role

Essex Head of Cricket Development, Tracey Davies will be heading up the CWB Country Manager role for Kenya.

Fresh from returning from a 2 week project in Kenya with CWB, Tracey has agreed to take on the Country Manager. The role will involve helping the CWB projects as well as helping maintaining and developing relationships with both existing and new stakeholders as well as working closely with Cricket Kenya.

"The CWB Kenya trip was an amazing experience for us all with memories that will last a life time. We taught thousands of children and young people HIV/AIDS awareness messages. The fact that we could potentially make a real difference to their lives through these messages through cricket, as well as spending time with them was an amazing feeling.

That's why I can't wait to start working as a Country Manager for CWB. Working in partnership with Cricket Kenya I know we can really help develop the game out there."

As Andy Hobbs, CWB Trustee, said

"Tracey is a great appointment. Not only her experience of developing cricket at Essex, but also her enthusiasm and her energy will be a great addition for us. I have no doubt she will be a huge success as Country Manager for Kenya."
