Cricket and coaching equipment and transportation - e.g. Kwik cricket sets, 'traditional' equipment, coaching cards etc.

AIDS awareness materials - e.g. T-shirts and caps for the children/coaches/participants with cricket and AIDS awareness messages on them, printing awareness messages to be included in cricket materials.

Transportation of and accommodation for coaching staff within Africa during coaching sessions.

Gift Aid Scheme:

If you are a UK taxpayer and would like to reclaim tax on your donation at no extra cost to you please include send the following statement with your donation. Alternatively, Just Giving will process the form online.

"I would like the Cricket Without Boundaries Trust to reclaim tax on any gifts I have made in the past six years and any future gifts I make from the date of this declaration as Gift Aid donations, until I notify you otherwise."

Please note that you must pay an amount of UK income tax and/or capital gains tax in this tax year at least equal to the tax that the Cricket Without Boundaries Trust will reclaim from HM Revenue & Customs on your Gift Aid donation.

Tax claimed by CWB:

  • CWB will reclaim 28p of tax on every £1 you gave up to 5 April 2008.
  • CWB will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 you give on or after 6 April 2008.
  • The Government will pay to CWB an additional 3p on every £1 you give between 6 April 2008 and 5 April 2011. This transitional relief for CWB does not affect your personal tax position.

If you pay income tax at the higher rate, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return if you want to receive the additional tax relief due to you
