Our international projects provide an amazing opportunity to make a genuine impact - you will help ensure that children in communities around the world enjoy the thrill of participating in fun, inclusive sport, by working as part of a team of fellow volunteers, in-country coaches, and CWB Ambassadors to deliver mass-participation sessions at schools and cricket festivals.

By volunteering on our overseas projects, you can help us to:

• Support the work of our local ambassadors who coach all year round.
• Deliver coach education and mentoring to support sustainability of CWB’s work year-round.
• Make a difference to a community by delivering positive health and social messages through your coaching, using our integrated learning model.
• Coordinate local festivals including providing HIV testing centres and/or social support on issues identified by local ambassadors.
• Bring cricket kit into the country which is difficult to source locally.
• Share vital messaging around health awareness or social issues in a fun and inclusive environment.
• Fundraise so that the charity can continue to spread health awareness and social issues messaging whilst growing the sport of cricket.

You do not need any previous cricket experience to volunteer with CWB. A background in cricket is not required for participation and we welcome volunteers with a wide range of experiences. A positive attitude, passion for working with others and willingness to make a difference are, however, essential!
