CWB is looking for a new Country Manager to continue its work in Kenya
Cricket Without Boundaries (CWB) is looking for a new Country Manager (CM) to continue its work in Kenya.
The volunteer role involves planning projects in partnership with the national cricket association.
The Kenya CM will also be responsible for supporting CWB’s Ambassadors, the local coaches paid by CWB to deliver coaching and HIV/AIDS awareness in between trips.

The new CM will take over from Tracey Davies who has held the role since October 2011.
She is about to visit Kenya again as part of a special project designed to use cricket to help put a stop to FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) in partnership with 28 Too Many and the Massai Cricket Warriors.
CWB trustee Ed Williams paid tribute to Tracey for her tireless and passionate work over the last three and a half years.
He said: “Tracey has given her heart and soul into the role of Kenya Country Manager. She has been a tremendous ambassador for what we do, in particular for developing the FGM project this February. She will continue to be a key part of the CWB family.”
The new Kenya CM will work closely with Lee Booth who has moved into the newly-created role of Head of Delivery. As veteran of countless projects, Lee will oversee all areas of the charity’s delivery work from its cricket coaching, to its HIV/AIDS awareness and social development work. He will combine the new role with his existing position as Rwanda Country Manager.
Ed said: “Lee will continue to operate as Head of Delivery, a role which encompasses both our cricket development work and our social development work. Lee's dedication to the charity is second to none and we know the job he will do will help maintain and develop our credibility with both local partners and international partners.”
In order to carry out his duties as Head of Delivery Lee has stepped down as Head of Media and Communications, with Luke Sellers taking over the role.
