CWB's Head of Delivery, Lee Booth, leads Rwanda's men into the World Cup Qualifiers
CWB are delighted that Head of Delivery, Lee Booth, is leading the Rwandan men’s national team to the World Cup Qualifiers in Namibia in his role as Head Coach.
Lee has been visiting Rwanda on behalf of CWB for over 10 years now and has been instrumental in growing the game of cricket there, through coaching children, tutoring coaches, arranging cricket festivals and planning year round delivery of cricket sessions with CWB Ambassadors and other local coaches. Like all of us at CWB, Lee has a deep affection for Rwanda and we know he and the team will be giving it their all in the upcoming tournament, despite being comfortably the lowest ranked team to make it this far. It is fitting that Rwanda will count Kenya and Uganda among their opponents and we are sure that many of the CWB ambassadors and coaches in each of those countries will be watching on closely.
All of us at CWB wish Lee and the Rwanda team every success in Namibia.
